Before working for TDA, Phil was a Business Advisor in Somerset. Prior to that, he worked for CSW Group as a Volunteer Engagement Advisor.

He also worked for Pluss as an Employment Team Manager for Somerset running the welfare to work ‘Work choice Programme’ for over 7 years.

Previously Phil has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant, a Sales and Motability Specialist in the Motor Trade and in the accountancy sector for companies such as Albert Goodman and Matthew Clark.

Phil is an experienced and well-rounded business adviser who understands the intricacies of the Somerset business environment.

He is looking forward to working with the Business Team at TDA and supporting the business start-ups in Somerset.
